In order to meet the demand for luxury single-family homes while dealing with the challenges facing the construction industry, Divco has made a number of necessary changes to its day-to-day operations.
“We’ve had to limit the locations we build in to better manage the costs of homes being built,” Kauffman noted. “While this disappointed some repeat customers, we felt it was a necessary step.”
“As most know, the rising cost of gas is affecting all products that are being delivered – wages are up – and inflation is raising the cost of most basic commodities, some dramatically,” he said. said Kauffman. “But despite all these challenges, we look forward to continuing to serve our customers to the best of our abilities. And complete their new home – on time – and on budget. »
Kauffman went on to say, “We design each home to capture the individuality of the owner, while working hard to eliminate the hassle and stress often associated with the process of building a home.”
